1What types of products do you offer for photos?

Our framing and printing services include print work which consist of canvas printing and paper printing. We also manufacture custom made frames which consists of colour frames, distressed frames, multi-frames and wooden frames.

2How long does it take to receive my order?

Delivery can take up to 7 days for local orders and 14 days for orders countrywide. Should the item be in stock, you will receive your order timeously however, if we need to custom make the order, it can take up to 14 business days to arrive.

3How do I send you my photos?

You can send your photos to geraldine@artisticframes.co.za in either a high resolution, Jpeg image or PDF file. Alternatively you can use Wetransfer to send it to us.

4Where are you based?

Artistic frames are based in Shop 2, Victory Park Shopping Center Cnr Rustenburg Rd &, 2nd Ave, Randburg, 2195.

5What is the smallest size you can frame?

The smallest size that we frame is 100mm x 100mm and the biggest size that we frame is 15000mm x 1500mm.
